  3. Resources: We assemble the proper support team and resources needed to successfully deliver your customized program.
  4. Deliver: We execute this customized plan.
  5. Evaluate: We determine the effectiveness of the process and make modifications as required. If the situation or your needs have changed, we redefine goals and establish new timelines and expectations.
  6. Quantify: We measure our results to determine the effectiveness level , and we modify the program as required. We also determine the follow-up and support strategies that now are needed to ensure the continued long-term success of the program.
