Coaching and Mentoring

 

Tiger Woods has three coaches. Michael Dell, founder of Dell Computers, employs six coaches. Among today’s Fortune 500 CEOs, it is estimated that more than 75 percent engage coaches.

 

Coaching works.  It is an essential service for executives, managers and young entrepreneurs seeking to grow their companies, careers and influence (Scroll to bottom to view programs). Coaching helps clients grow beyond their current vision, capabilities and skill set. Great coaching principles apply to all forms of coaching in business and in sports.

 

We use the LeaderBridge Solutions System in all our sessions.

 

Our coaching programs are based on proven coaching strategies, which combine the latest behavior-influence information and leadership technologies.  Our CEO has honed his skills as a coach, by mentoring and training executives across the country, as well as training as a boxer in the ring.

 

Leadership coaching is not about having someone sympathetic to talk to – that is counseling.  It is also not about analyzing business issues and strategies – that is consulting. Leadership coaching is about assisting individuals and teams grow their capabilities, which they can apply to the ever-changing environment. This enables clients to unlock their own creativity and resourcefulness, develop their own skills and strategies, and solve problems they will inevitably face as leaders.

 

Coaching is generally sought in two situations: 1) as a general learning and development strategy, to expand leadership capabilities and effectiveness. 2) during career challenges, such as role transitions, crisis management, or negotiation difficulties. In either case, our coaches can help navigate.

 

One-on-One Leadership Coaching: This program is designed for individuals who seek to expand their leadership capabilities and effectiveness. They seek ways to better prepare, perform and meet new challenges ahead.

 

Teams coaching: This program is designed for teams, to boost individual as well as overall team performance and effectiveness.

 

Power Teams: This program is modeled after one of the most effective coaching systems ever designed. Under the guidance and participation of your coach the LeaderBridge Power Team Program challenges and leverages the collective intelligence of its members to identify and solve issues together. In the program members build confidence, learn new skills, solve problems, take on the responsibility of leadership and are accountable to the group. Group Education: These programs are designed for new entrepreneurs, young executives and those entering into leadership roles for the first time.  These programs offer a “shared development” to participants, which reinforces the foundational leadership principals necessary for effective leadership. We administer these programs via conference calls, webinars, group meetings and support materials.
